Summer is really here and unfortunately, aside from one flight in March, I have not had the opportunity to fly. Two small kids really do take up an awful lot of time. For now, I have to live with the memories of last year.
Janita took the above picture last July from the Emberger Alm South start site as I snuck through a hole in the clouds and made a dash for the landing field just as the first drops of rain started to fall. Awesome experience!
A few days later and it had finally stopped raining enough to see the scenery.
